Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with Vape late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
We try to dispatch all express orders the same working day if ordered before 12pm, although sometimes this maybe delayed due to stock issues or a problem with the courier. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed more than 2 days. If you order is delayed more than 2 days and you have paid for express delivery then we may refund you the shipping fee back to your account.

All customers must ensure that the returns policy is followed. By law, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen (14) days after delivery, this is known as the cooling off period.
Should the customer chose to withdraw from the purchase of an item within the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, or due to an error on behalf of the seller, the seller will refund the cost of the item ONLY (the original postage and packing costs will not be refunded, and the customer must pay the return shipping costs). We recommend tracked postage be used and proof of postage be retained until the parcel has been confirmed as returned.
All returned items must be in their original condition and unused and without damage to item or the packaging in order for them to qualify as a return under the cooling off period of 14 days. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene, health and safety reasons. If a customer is making a return during the cooling-off period of a non-returnable item, the item must be in its unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. Should we deem the item to have been opened or used in any way, the return will not be accepted. All items returned must comply with the conditions above, no item will be accepted if they do not meet these conditions or a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion at 5% of the overall cost of the item.
We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns, please retain proof of return postage should this be required due to loss of damage of the item in transit. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can do our very best to assist you promptly.
If you have purchased a product on our website and you need to return it for any reason you must proceed to our online returns form here. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges instore.
If you have purchased products which has been reduced we are unable to return these items after 7 days of purchase or 7 days from the day it has been delivered if you chose delivery option.
