Ordering online with Vape for Click & Collect entitles you to skip the ques when visiting our stores, to collect your items, Once you have ordered for click and collect please wait for your email before setting off to collect your products. Because due to a number of reasons we may not be able to fulfil your order right away. We aim to get all click and collect orders processed within the hour of ordering.
What happens if we can’t fulfil?
Our team at your chosen store will pick and pack your order to get ready for collection however if we don’t have the stock you need at that time our customer service team will give you a ring to arrange something else as a substitute or arrange a later time or date for your collection as we may need to pull the stock from another store. We will be working really hard to avoid this happening but sometimes things come out of our control.
Payments can be made via our secure Credit/Debit Card online system.
Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email saying it’s ready to collect, If you can’t make it the same day for collection please ring us.
- When arriving at the store please state your order number and full name, you can show your email on your phone, for proof of purchase or personal identification may be required.
