Delivery Information

Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 14:00 noon. Orders you place with Ten Ten Stores late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

We try to dispatch all express orders the same working day if ordered before 2pm, although sometimes this maybe delayed due to stock issues or a problem with the courier. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed more than 2 days. If you order is delayed more than 2 days and you have paid for express delivery then we may refund you the shipping fee back to your account.

Please note depending on your country location you maybe liable to pay any custom & tax fees before your order can be delivered please seek advice from your local government before placing an order. If your order isn't delivered and is then delivered back to us then we will only refund the order price no delivery fee will be returned. Please allow at least 10 working days from us receiving your parcel back for the refund to go back to your payment method.
